Grapes and beer? It’s possible. In 2013, we brewed the dessert beer Château D’Ychouffe in Achouffe. A first in Belgium. This unique beer is the result of years of experience and know-how built up by the Achouffe brewers. Before fermentation, grape must is added to the barley malt. This must comes from the vineyards in the Loupiac region, near Bordeaux. Cheers!
