Treasury shares

In the financial year 2009, the company purchased 44.170 treasury shares. Furthermore, 27.586 shares were used to pay the final instalment of the takeover of the Achouffe brewery. On 31 December 2009, the company holds a total portfolio of treasury shares of 97.747 shares, which amounts to a total value of € 3.049.024. These shares account for 1,82% of the capital. In accordance with regulations, a special unavailable reserve to the amount of € 3.049.024 was created.
